The Challenge
Locke Lord's client was involved in a complex case involving an intellectual property dispute. The law firm needed to find a company who could provide real-time court reporting, videography, and interpreting services for over 30 depositions that spanned the entire country. In addition, Locke Lord required high-volume, on-site exhibit scanning and copying, which would have to be completed in a single-day turnaround—a unique and difficult challenge. Finally, the parties involved needed a secure way to access and share all of the relevant case documentation and exhibits online.

The Solution

And through careful coordination among our global network of resources, we were also able to meet both firms' needs for single-day turnaround exhibit scanning and copying without a hitch.
